This Sous Chef position is responsible for helping Otterbein manage a newly opened, ala-carte restaurant. This position will manage all daily operations, including overall direction of kitchen staff. This position requires an individual who will carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Education: A degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus.
Licensure: ServSafe certification.
Experience: 2 - 5 years experience in related position.
Qualifications: Understand the use and maintenance of various kitchen equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management.
